why i can't download big part of mods ? like Ferrari,Porsche, Aston Martin etc.

Because they are not longer aviable. But you can download some of them on other sites, just google.... This thread will be closed by a moderator soon...

I guess there is always a reason but not always a reason you can explain directly.
So they are not available and that's it.
